2. What data do we collect?

3. Local Data Processing
All audio processing takes place on our own physical servers in Sweden. No audio files or transcriptions are sent to third-party services (such as OpenAI, Google, or AWS). The AI models (Whisper, Pyannote, Llama) run locally on our GPU infrastructure.
4. How we process audio files
- Uploaded audio files are converted and processed in real-time
- Audio files are automatically deleted immediately after transcription
- Transcription results are saved in your account history (if you are logged in)
- Demo users: no data is saved permanently
5. Cookies
We use the following cookies:

We do not use any third-party cookies, tracking cookies, or advertising cookies.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share your data with:
- Stripe — for payment processing (Stripe processes payment data according to their own privacy policy)
- ip-api.com — for anonymous geolocation lookup of IP addresses (only IP is sent, no personal data)
Other than this, we never share your data with third parties.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your transcriptions
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest

8. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored on servers in Sweden
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (12 rounds)
- HTTPS encryption for all data transfer
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- HTTP-only cookies for session management
9. Retention Period
- Account data: as long as the account is active
- Transcriptions: as long as the account is active
- Audio files: deleted immediately after transcription
- Sessions: automatic clearing after 30 days

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email. The latest version is always available on this page.
