ceTranscribe ("The Service") is an AI-driven transcription service operated by CarbonEdge ("we", "us"). The Service offers automatic transcription of audio files with speaker identification and AI analysis.
To use the Service beyond the demo version, a registered account is required. You are responsible for:
The Service offers a free plan with limited capacity and paid plans with extended capacity. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically every month and can be canceled at any time.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the material you upload and the transcriptions generated. We make no claims to your content. Uploaded audio files are automatically deleted after processing.
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance. In the event of prolonged outages, paying users will be compensated.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate transcriptions. AI-generated content should always be reviewed manually for critical applications.
We reserve the right to change these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation, and secondarily be settled by a general court in Sweden.
